Rising Biz (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates risingbiz.co, a business directory that helps people discover growing local businesses. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.
Information We Collect
Details you submit when listing a business — business name, address, phone, email, website and description.
Messages you send through our contact form (name, phone, email, subject, message).
Basic usage data such as browser type, pages visited and referring site, collected through cookies and analytics.
How We Use It
To publish and maintain business listings and reviews.
To respond to enquiries and provide support.
To improve the directory, its search results and its security.
Sharing
Business listing details are public by design. We do not sell personal information. We share data only with service providers that help us run the site, or where required by law.
Cookies
We use essential cookies to make the site work and optional analytics cookies to understand usage. You can disable cookies in your browser settings.
Third-Party Links & Feeds
Listings link to external business websites, and our news section displays headlines from third-party RSS feeds. Their own privacy policies apply when you visit them.
Your Choices
You may request access to, correction of, or removal of your listing or personal information at any time through our contact page.
