Going through a child custody case is one of the most stressful experiences a parent can face. Fear, uncertainty, and a desperate yearning for your child can be overwhelming. But in the midst of that storm, I found a beacon of hope – Carrie. From the very first meeting, Carrie exuded a sense of calm professionalism that immediately put me at ease. Her thoughtful hands-on approach was evident as she meticulously reviewed my case, taking the time to truly understand my situation and the specific needs of my son. Carrie didn't just listen; she fought and I felt heard for the first time ever. Her aggressive advocacy left no doubt that she was determined to achieve the best possible outcome for my child. But her strength was balanced with incredible compassion. She was always available to answer my questions, easing my nerves and explaining the complexities of the legal process in a clear and reassuring way. Carrie wasn't just my lawyer; they were a partner, a confidant, and a source of unwavering support. She stood beside me every step of the way, offering guidance and encouragement throughout the entire ordeal. Thanks to Carrie's exceptional legal expertise and unwavering dedication, my son is finally back home where he belongs. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Carrie to anyone facing a similar challenge. If you're looking for a lawyer who will fight tirelessly for your child, look no further.

Nothing that I say in this review will do this team any justice. The entire team is passionate, caring, responsive, patient and diligent. Jenni and Lance make an excellent combo. They elicit extreme confidence that your case is as important to them as it is to you. As a father that once felt powerless and fearful, I now have my well-deserved rights and time with my daughter. Jenni was recommended to me by a close friend. Likewise, I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone fighting for fairness and equality in their role as a parent.

Q: How should I prepare for a consultation if I am considering a divorce?

      A:

The best way to prepare for a consultation is to write down your most pressing questions so that you don't forget to ask them. Having a divorce consultation can be stressful and often you can lose your train of thought. Focus on the most important thing, which is usually your children if applicable, and try to stay on track as much as possible. You don't need to bring a lot of documents to the initial consultation. It is a starter conversation to provide you as much detail as possible to determine the appropriate next steps.
